Our founder
Sophie Alice Darroch-Davies (Hodge), Managing Director
A healthcare professional medical signatory with over 15 years industry experience in the medical function, Sophie founded Medaptive in 2017.
It started with a fascination of science and medicine combined with the wish to understand and help care for people. This passion continued through many years working within the medical affairs function in the pharmaceutical industry, and after providing several years of tailored individual support has evolved into Medaptive.
Having worked in areas of gene therapy, rare diseases, immunology, diabetes and cardiovascular.
It is Sophie’s passion, experience, insight, and attention to detail that is truly at the heart of the company.
